Frequently Asked Questions
How many photos should I use?
You can use as many photos as you would like. If you would like the video to last around ten minutes, you would include approximately 100 photographs. We can however modify the time frame of each photo viewed.
Can I use photos that are not of the best quality?
You can use photos that have faded or that have cracks in them. We can retouch and enhance photos to look better than the original. Minor retouching is included, but photos requiring major restoration will include an additional cost.
How long does it take to receive the finished video?
Depending on how many photos or video clips you have, most projects take approximately two weeks to complete. In the beginning when we work together to create your own unique video, it is helpful to have photos labeled. Together we can work on the organizing of the video to create a product that is specially designed for you and your family. If you would need a project faster than the two weeks, there will be an additional cost.
